We offer both! Whether you need a single deep clean or ongoing weekly, fortnightly, or monthly services, we can tailor our schedule to suit your needs.

Yes. We bring all the necessary cleaning products to get the job done. If you’d prefer us to use your own supplies, just let us know when booking.

No problem — we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer your slot to another customer.

This depends on the size of the property and the type of service booked. We’ll provide an estimated time when you request a quote so you can plan accordingly.
What areas do you cover?
We provide cleaning services across London and the surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we cover your postcode, get in touch and we’ll confirm.
How do I book and pay for a cleaning?
You can request a free quote online or by phone. We’ll then be able to provide a consultation and a bespoke price based on your needs. Once your booking is confirmed, payment can be made securely by bank transfer, card, or cash on the day.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
Not at all. Many of our customers provide us with access instructions or a spare key. We will securely lock up when finished, and we’ll keep you updated if you’re not home.
What types of cleaning do you offer?
We cover standard domestic cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleans, commercial cleaning, and more. We can also add extras like oven cleaning, fridge cleaning, and window cleaning.

To help us work efficiently, we recommend tidying away personal items or valuable belongings. Other than that, just let us know any specific instructions — we’ll handle the rest.
